1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Booking & Reservation
- All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or an agreed deposit.
- A confirmation email and/or WhatsApp message will be sent to you upon successful booking.
- Prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- vidhutourandtravels reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice for bookings not yet confirmed.
3. Payments
- We accept payments via Razorpay, Stripe, bank transfer, and UPI.
- All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
- Full payment may be required for peak-season bookings (May, June, July, October).
4. Cancellation by the Guest
- 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus a 5% processing fee.
- 15–29 days before travel: 50% refund.
- 7–14 days before travel: 25% refund.
- Less than 7 days / No-show: No refund.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to bookings@example.com.
5. Cancellation by vidhutourandtravels
We reserve the right to cancel any booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, security restrictions, or force majeure events in Jammu & Kashmir. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
6. Travel Documents & Requirements
It is the guest's responsibility to hold valid government-issued photo ID. Foreign nationals must carry a valid passport and Indian visa. vidhutourandtravels is not responsible for denial of entry due to missing documentation.
7. Health, Safety & Conduct
Guests are expected to follow safety guidelines, local laws, and the instructions of our guides and operators. vidhutourandtravels reserves the right to terminate a booking without refund if a guest's behaviour endangers themselves or others.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and itineraries — is the property of vidhutourandtravels and may not be reproduced without written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
vidhutourandtravels acts as an intermediary between guests and third-party service providers (hotels, boat operators, vehicle vendors). We are not liable for any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by the actions or omissions of third-party suppliers, natural events, or government restrictions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "effective date" reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance.
